Presence is our quiet sense of Being. Presence is always here and yet it can seem to be obscured when we are preoccupied by other things. Presence is always at rest. Fear is a movement away from our nature of Presence.
In this session I will invite the group to notice this quiet sense of being as it makes itself known to each of us. I will guide the group in a rest practice. Settling into our nature of Presence. There will be time for shared reflections and questions.
Whether you are new to these kind of practices or a seasoned practitioner you are welcome to join us. The practices are simple and direct and the shared space is safe, warm and welcoming.
