Gentleness is a quality of our true nature. The practice of gentle contact with our body soothes and settles our physiology. As our system relaxes we become a gentle whisper to others as well. “You’re safe with me.” Gentleness creates space in the body. Fear hardens and contracts and gentleness softens and opens.
In this session I will talk about the quality of gentleness and guide the group through a gentle healing touch practice. “A bubble of safety and support” is how one participant described this practice.
Whether you are new to these kind of practices or a seasoned practitioner you are welcome to join us. The practices are simple and direct and the shared space is safe, warm and welcoming.
